Aegis Throne: Terms of use

These terms govern your use of Aegis Throne, provided by IDEACHAIN TEKNOLOJİ YAZILIM VE DANIŞMANLIK HİZMETLERİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("the Company"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms.
Licence
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Copying, decompiling, modifying or distributing the app without permission is not allowed.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password private. Tell us right away if you notice unauthorised use of your account.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the app for unlawful purposes,
- use cheats, bots or unauthorised software,
- harass or harm other users,
- try to disrupt the app or our servers.
If these rules are broken, we may suspend or close your account.
Purchases
In-app purchases are made through Google Play or the App Store and are subject to that store's terms. Refund requests are handled under the store's refund policy. Digital content may not be eligible for withdrawal once delivered, within the exceptions set by law.
Intellectual property
All software, designs, graphics, sounds and trademarks in the app belong to the Company or its licensors.
Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee it will work without interruption or errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.
Changes and termination
We may change the app or these terms, or stop offering the app. We announce significant changes in advance. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
