How to send a deletion request

  1. Email info@ideachainstudio.com.
  2. Use the subject "Aegis Throne - Account deletion request".
  3. Include your in-game account code or player name.
  4. We may reply to confirm your identity. Your request is completed within 30 days.

Uninstalling the app does not delete your account by itself.

Data that is deleted

  • Your account details (player or user name, account code, email if given)
  • Your leaderboard entries and player profile
  • In-app progress, settings and content you created

Data that may be kept

  • Purchase and invoice records: kept for the period required by tax and commercial law (usually up to 10 years).
  • Copies in backups: deleted automatically within 90 days.
  • Anonymous statistics that cannot be linked to you may be kept indefinitely.

Deleting data without deleting your account

If you want to keep your account but have specific data deleted, say which data in your email and we will handle it within the same timeframe.
