Aegis Throne: Privacy policy

This privacy policy explains what personal data is processed when you use Aegis Throne, developed by IDEACHAIN TEKNOLOJİ YAZILIM VE DANIŞMANLIK HİZMETLERİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("the Company", "we"), why it is processed and what your rights are. It is prepared under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data we collect

• Account details: your user or player name, the code or ID that identifies your account, your email address if you gave one and, if you sign in with Google or Apple, the basic profile details those services share with us.
• Online play data: your player name, level, medals, titles and leaderboard score are visible to other players. Match data is sent through our servers during duels.
• In-app data: progress, settings and content you create, needed for the app to work.
• Purchase data: in-app purchases are processed by Google Play or the App Store. We never see your card details; we only receive the purchase record and verification data.
• The app does not access your precise location, contacts, photos or microphone unless a feature clearly asks for it.

3. Why we process data

• To provide the app and manage your account (performance of a contract).
• To verify purchases and meet legal record-keeping duties (legal obligation).
• To answer your support requests and keep the service secure.

4. Third-party services

The app uses the following service providers, who process data under their own privacy policies:

• Google Play Services (Google Play Billing)

We do not sell your data and do not share it with anyone other than the providers above, unless the law requires it.

5. International transfers

The servers of the cloud and analytics services we use may be located outside Türkiye. These transfers are made with the safeguards required by Article 9 of KVKK and other applicable laws.

6. Retention

We keep data for as long as the purpose of processing continues. When you delete your account, your account data is deleted or anonymised within 30 days; removal from backups may take up to 90 days. Records we must keep by law are kept for the period the law requires.

7. Your rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK and, where applicable, the GDPR, you can ask whether your data is processed, request access, ask for correction or deletion, object to processing, learn which third parties received your data and claim compensation for damage. Send requests to info@ideachainstudio.com; we reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority.

8. Children's privacy

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If we learn that we have, we delete it.

9. Security

We protect data with reasonable technical and organisational measures such as encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls. No system is completely secure, but we work to keep risks low.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. We announce significant changes in the app or on this page. The date at the top shows the latest update.
